Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) intends to enter into contract with Responsive Education Services, (the Contractor). The Contractor previously performed the technical work to develop an evaluation measure pertaining to the Oregon Direct Access to Achievement Project. This project is now expanding the measure created by the Contractor therefore the Contractor is the only one with the technical knowledge necessary to meet ODE's goals to expand and validate this measure. Without the Contractor's doing this work the Agency it would require that ODE start over and lose time that is already invested in the development of this particular measure. Continuing this work ith the Contractor on this measure allows the Work to move forward without the loss of time. This is a small procurement in the amount of $4,900 and is anticipated to end on April 30, 2013.
