The Oregon State Lottery Commission ("Lottery") is requesting responses from firms interested in performing Phone- and Web-Based research services ("Services") as described in this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). The issuance of this RFQ and any subsequently awarded contracts are governed by Oregon State Lottery Procurement Rules found in Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 177, Division 36. Lottery is releasing this 2012 RFQ to allow Firms currently qualified in one or more Categories of the current QVL to submit responses for consideration to be added to additional Categories, and for new Firms to submit responses for consideration to be added to one or more of the Categories contained in the QVL. Lottery intends to use the QVL to facilitate and expedite the selection and award of phone- and web-based research projects commissioned by the Lottery, both those anticipated during its current fiscal year and in future fiscal years. Lottery does not guarantee future award of a contract or contracts to a Research firm placed on the Qualified Vendor List. No additional specifications were given.
