Specifications include, but are not limited to: By means of this Request for Information (RFI), Clackamas County, through the County Parks division of its Business and Community Services Department, - is soliciting conceptual proposals from experienced marina-related firms or individuals for the potential future on-site management, operations and maintenance of its publicly owned Boones Ferry Marina facility located along the Willamette River just outside Wilsonville, Oregon. Qualified firms or individuals shall express their interest in performing the services described herein under contract as the lessee/operator to provide management, maintenance and operations for Boones Ferry Marina. The County intends to select one firm or individual from this solicitation to provide these services. It is intended that the selected Contractor will assume operations of the Boones Ferry Marina facility beginning January, 2020.
