For this January 2026 RFP, PacifiCorp seeks cost-competitive bids for renewable energy credits(RECs) that can be used to meet its customers’ needs. PacifiCorp is seeking the following RECproduct types:•Product 1:oVolume: 112,000 RECsoVintage: BH 2025 – 2026 (July 1, 2025 – November 30, 2026)oDelivery: Preference for OOB June 30, 2026, last possible delivery date: November30, 2026•Product 2:oVolume 109,000 RECsoVintage: 2026 (January 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026)oDelivery: Preference for OOB June 30, 2026, last possible delivery date: November30, 2026Both products will meet the following requirements:•Facilities will be located in the WECC.•Technology sources:oWind (preferred)oSolar (preferred)oGeothermal (preferred in small quantities i.e. <25,000 RECs)oLow-impact hydro (least preference, in smaller quantities i.e. <5,000 RECs)oCertified low-emission biomass (least preference, in smaller quantities i.e. <5,000RECs)•Bids are able to be a combination of different technologies.•CRS-eligible preferred•COD of 2012 or newer•Minimum amount of RECs b i d by a prospective seller should not be less than 5,000 RECs.•Counterparties can provide bids for one or both products.•Delivery: RECs will be transferred via the Western Renewable Energy GenerationInformation System (“WREGIS”).
