The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians are looking to contract with a company to remove and install new siding, windows, front and rear exterior decks at 200 NW Molalla St. Siletz, OR. 97380. Contractor will be responsible for procurement of all supplies and equipment in order to complete the project. Replacement of all exterior windows, sliding glass doors, siding and decking. Installation of new hardy plank siding, caulking of all siding, door openings, window openings and painting new siding, windows and trim. Interior drywall and repair needed for water damaged caused by leaking windows in 3 west facing bedrooms to including furring in, texture and primer coat of water damaged areas. If damage occurs while removing other old windows it will be the responsibility of the contractor to fur in, texture and prime around interior window openings of new windows. Replacement of window sills as required will also require furring in, texture and a primer coat. Owner (CTSI) will be responsible for finish coat paint and painting of interior rooms and spaces. Pressure treated wood will be used for front and rear decks and contractor will be responsible for staining new decks. Contractor will be responsible for disposal of old siding, windows, sliding glass door, decking and cleanup of debris initiated by the project. Use prevailing wages in the proposal. The work area will kept clean and orderly for access to other contractors and CTSI workers.
