Monthly meetings: • Proposer will plan and facilitate monthly virtual meetings for Hub grant awardees to facilitate peer learning, develop cooperative relationships that enhance the innovation ecosystem, and build Regional Innovation Hub capacity. Session durations are anticipated to be approximately 1 hour. • In coordination with Agency, Proposer shall contribute to the planning and logistics for the monthly meetings. Quarterly meetings: • Proposer will facilitate quarterly peer learning sessions for all Hub grant awardees in conjunction with Agency. Session durations are anticipated to be approximately 2 hours. • Proposer and Agency will mutually contribute to the planning and logistics associated with each peer learning session, including agenda development, scheduling, note taking and or recording, in addition to any session follow-up as determined by Agency. • Identify the need for topic-specific presentations on issues that multiple Hub grant awardees share an interest in. Plan and develop content for and providing one or more topic-specific presentations as noted above
