The City of Tigard is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams of firms capable of providing services to the City for updating the existing RRA and ERP. The selected firm will perform a comprehensive update of all-hazards (physical and cyber security) RRA of all assets in the City’s water distribution system. The intent is to update the identified risk and resilience strategies using both traditional and non-traditional solutions to ensure the continued safety and security of the water distribution system for all employees, ratepayers, and the residents within the Tigard Water Service Area (TWSA) in compliance with Section 2013 of America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) of 2018. Following submission of the RRA to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the selected firm will also complete a comprehensive update of the City’s ERP for the City’s water distribution system.
