DESCRIPTION: Janitorial Services for Employment Department, Bend Worksource. • Project: Janitorial Services for WorkSource Bend • Provide routine and non-routine janitorial services (interior/exterior). • Follow industry standards and manufacturer requirements. •Emergency response within 4 hours (Mon-Fri, 7 AM–5 PM). •Use approved green cleaning products; SDS required for chemicals. •Maintain security and report issues immediately. • Submit daily checklist and monthly reports; invoices based on time-and-materials basis. Service Frequency Type Summary Daily Trash removal, vacuum, mop floors, sanitize restrooms, sanitize congregating room surfaces, restock supplies. Weekly Spot clean walls/doors/windows, dust furniture. Monthly Descale toilets, flush drains, spray buff floors, vacuum meeting furniture, disinfect waste receptacles. Semi-Annual Carpet shampoo, wet scrub floors, wash windows. As-Requested As Requested Full carpet shampoo, strip/wax floors, clean light fixtures/HVAC grills . INSPECTIONS a. The OED Contract Administrator will conduct inspections of the work completed, following submittal of the service record. i. Contractor shall be notified in writing of any deficiencies found. Contractor shall have 24 hours to rectify any problems after notification of service completed. b. Contractor shall submit a service record for each month of visits that includes i. Date and time of visit ii. Personnel on site iii. Work performed iv. Issues noted or concerns to be aware of v. Products applied (For any Additional Services) vi. Photos of work before and after (For any Additional Services) c. At times Contract Administrator may request a virtual inspection of the work to be performed during the maintenance visit. i. Virtual inspection is provided at no additional cost to the contractor ii. Contractor shall have device and connection capable of interacting with the inspection software. 1. Contractor will allow access to devices camera, location, microphone for during the inspection only. 2. Oregon Employment Department shall bear no responsibility for the cost or replacement of any device utilized for this service iii. At times inspection can be done offline and uploaded at later time. With prior approval of Contract Administrator. iv. Access to the inspection can be granted via text message and/or email invite. 3. Janitorial Services a. Contractor shall perform janitorial services as described in Attachment A b. All work shall be performed to industry standards and manufacturer specifications maintaining any existing warranties. c. Contractor will request any specifications or guides for conducting this work as needed and maintain all relevant records to ensure the serviceability of the building and the warranties. d.
