Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security Services for Oregon State Fire Marshal facility at 3991 Fairview Industrial Dr SE, Salem, OR 97302 (HQ) and 4080 Reed Rd Ste 110, Salem OR 97302 (Warehouse). HQ and Warehouse are in close proximity to each other. This line consists of nightly services from 10pm to 6am, 7 days a week. Contractor shall actively check premises at least four times per night. During each check, Contractor shall: Trespass or discourage individuals from premises as needed; ensure entry and garage doors are closed, check garbage/recycle areas; check vehicles for damage or tampering; and report any issues to the Agency. During the first check of each evening, Contractor shall physically ensure each entry and garage door are securely closed and locked. Staff may be armed, but is not required. Agency may require on-call services that include, but not limited to, assistance with removal of trespassers and loiterers, deescalating upset persons, attending events to ensure the safety of employees and patrons in our facilities.
