We are requesting proposals to add and install 1 new remote condensing unit and evaporator to run our 300 Sq Ft walkin cooler. The construction site is located at 2655 Hyacinth, Salem, Oregon 97303. This is an active Kitchen that prepares over 1,800 meals a day. The Kitchen is not able to move its operation to another site during the project. It is critical that an effective timeline is established to ensure the Kitchen can return to normal operations as soon as possible. Scope of Work: Purchase and install remote system for walkin cooler. Condensing unit is a roof top unit. Ensure drainage systems for evaporators are efficient. Obtain permits. Clean up of site. All contract terms and conditions are provided by NorthWest Senior and Disability Services all others will not be recognized. Contractor/Proposer shall be responsible for determining the appropriate specifications and other restrictions or constraints on any good, service or improvement requested under this RFP. NWSDS shall voluntary and timely provide any information reasonably necessary to facilitate such an accurate response. In the event that Contractor/Proposer’s response to this RFP contains a price quote that differs from the actual cost to provide the services or improvement requested hereunder, and an accurate price quote could have been obtained by Contractor/Proposer’s due diligence prior to responding to this RFP, then Contractor/Proposer shall be solely responsible for that difference in cost.
