Specifications include, but are not limited to: Objectives–ProfessionalDevelopment.Universitycurrentlyemployeesapproximately 6000 regular employees. It is important that employees be well-trained, productive, efficient, and satisfied. To accomplish this goal, University is interested incontracting with a Qualified Pool of training vendors and facilitators in order to best meet the individual development needs of University employees through instructor led classes and coaching. University has made a commitment for enhanced development of our workforce through an organized Professional Development Program. Proposals are now being accepted for training in the learning areas which comply with the requirements and specifications set forth in this RFP
