Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct research to identify national models, plans and best practices. * Describe the local and regional specialized teams and equipment. * Develop a process consistent with the National Incident Management System (NIMS) for notifying, assembling and deploying law enforcement resources and identifying how resources will be transported, tracked, prioritized and managed. * Identify how the plan will intersect with the PUA regional Resource Management Plan (RMP), WebEOC incident management tool and the Oregon State Office of Emergency Management (OEM) resource request process. * Describe the regional incident command structure in the context of the regional response Concept of Operations. * Determine agency responsibilities and authorities. * Develop liability/indemnification provision. * Establish reimbursement procedures for eligible costs incurred when resources are mobilized. * Establish threshold criteria/conditions for use of the Mobilization Plan and the authority to grant requests. * Conduct training on the Mobilization Plan.
