Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this opportunity is to research case studies of the environment, culture, programs, and activities that influence high school graduation, college-readiness, and post-secondary enrollment in four (4) Oregon high schools. The case studies are to evaluate a broad range of factors that influence success in preparing students for success in college, including specific programs and activities--and their associated costs--undertaken by high schools to prepare students for college. The studies will also evaluate the culture and environment in the high schools, as well as the level and type of community support that influence student success.by the Governor, confirmed by the legislature, and tasked with refining and validating the QEM and producing a biennial report.
