Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Administrative Services, Internal Audit Section requests Quality Assurance Services for an External Assessment of the Internal Audit Section. The qualified proposer will provide services to meet the DAS Internal Audits needs to remain compliant with Standard 1312. Standard 1312 is part of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program dictated by Standard 1300 in which the Chief Audit Executive must develop and maintain a quality assurance and improvement program that covers all aspects of the internal audit activity. Department of Administrative Services Internal Audit Section intends to execute a contract to enable service commencement no later than September 23rd and a target completion date of October 15th.
