Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide security services from 2300hrs (11pm) to 0500hrs (5am) 365 days a year. Provide for security of the buildings, grounds and equipment of the college. The college reserves the right to negotiate for a reduction in hours and days after the first contract year. In addition, the college may request additional security services for special events and/or special coverage. With 72 hours prior notice, the college expects that these requests would be invoiced at the Offeror specified standard rate unless the additional services occur on an Offeror-observed holiday, in which case holiday rates would be allowed. 2. Acts as first responders in the event of an emergency 3. Follow emergency procedures for the various fire alarms and sprinkler systems and follow simple instructions of actions to be taken and telephone numbers to be called. 4. Document activities on daily logs and incident reports
