Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide daily, uniformed security pick up of tolls, deposit slips, and receipts from the Wheatland Ferry between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. seven days per week, except on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and during any other time the ferry is closed (advance notification will be provided); and, 2. Provide uniformed security pick up of tolls, deposit slips and receipts from the Buena Vista Ferry between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. every Monday and Thursday, except on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and during any other time the ferry is closed (advance notification will be provided); and, 3. Transport collected items to a location in Salem, Oregon, as established by the Public Works Director or authorized representative; and, 4. Pick up empty bank deposit bags at the assigned location on a biweekly (twice per week) basis and return empty bags to the ferries to ensure a constant supply.
