Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. 3-4 random nightly foot patrols with a walkthrough of the entire building and grounds each time.; 2. Call out services for residents and/or night staff.; 3. Enforce property rules/policies and investigate unauthorized persons or any unusual activity.; 4. Foot patrol on demand if needed.; 1. All uniforms, materials, equipment, and vehicles necessary to satisfactorily perform Security service in accordance with this RFP shall be provided by the successful Proposer, including, but not limited to: flashlights, whistle, clip boards, log books, two way hand held radio, etc.; 2. Must have sufficient security personnel to meet SHA’s needs during scheduled hours.; 3. Vehicles will not be used for pursuit or emergency purposes. SHA is not responsible for damages or injury caused by or to the Officers. Vehicles will be parked legally at all times. Successful Proposer will be responsible for any summons received.
