OFRI produces two newsletters on a cyclical basis. Additionally, there are writing projects such as news releases, website content, letters and publications that require review on an ad hoc basis. On a schedule coordinated with OFRI’s public affairs manager, review Microsoft Word documents and PDF versions of draft publications that are already in production for punctuation, grammar and style consistent with the Associated Press Stylebook and additional style guidelines offered by OFRI. Upon request of the public affairs manager, offer editorial comments for clarity and readability. Work on all projects off premises, except for occasional meetings. Deliver comments to Microsoft Word documents via e-mail and using the “track changes” feature of that program. Deliver comments to PDF documents via e-mail and using the highlight and insert text/comment feature of that program.
