Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work with HAP's Information Technology and Finance Departments, as well as the provider of HAP's enterprise system, YARDI, to understand how HAP's internal systems must be reconfigured to support the new rent policy. YARDI expertise is not necessary, as HAP has internal capacity, but the project manager should understand enterprise systems and their interdependencies, and have the required technical expertise to successfully communicate technical requirements to our vendor and staff. Work with internal HAP staff to identify how administrative policies and practices (including required HUD plans) must be modified to support the new rent policy, and then provide a framework that helps ensure that these policies and practices are put in place. Work with HAP management, including organizational development and operations management, to identify required staff processes and training as necessary.
