Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Administrative Services, hereinafter called “DAS” or “Owner”, requests written Proposals to secure professional services for price agreements for multiple categories of projects located at facility sites throughout the State of Oregon. Price agreements may be awarded for single or multiple categories to the same Consultant firm/s. Owner is committed to ensure all systems function properly upon occupancy for the intended purposes, and Owner’ maintenance staff has adequate system access, control, monitoring capabilities, documentation and training to properly monitor, manage and maintain Owner’ facilities. Owner is also committed to ensure affected facilities have proper surveying, samples testing, documentation, and possibly site specific removal procedures required to deal with hazardous materials (asbestos / lead paint) where pending construction work will occur.
