4.11.1 Catch weight cases WILL be allowed. 4.11.2 All Good(s) must be fit for human consumption with a good flavor and odor, and free from foreign flavor and order, and foreign matter. The taste, color and odor of each Good(s) MUST be characteristic of the Good(s) bid by Bidder. 4.11.3 Catch Weight cases, Distressed, Manufacturer Rejects or Salvageable Good(s) will be allowed (see Section 3.1, “Definitions”). 4.11.3.1 Good(s) sold as “Distressed, Manufacturer Rejects or Salvageable Good(s)” must be labeled as such. 4.11.4 ODOC will accept flavored or unflavored, and only french fry size of Potato Goods for this ITB, such as french fry, regular cut, steak cut, crinkled cut, southern style, tater tot, or similar type Good(s). 4.11.5 ODOC WILL NOT accept diced, shredded, shoe string or any similar type of Good(s). 4.11.6 ODOC will accept mixed Good(s) loads provided there are no more than three different types of fries on an FTL. Bidder must indicate in Section 5 “Pricing Page” the type and quantity of Good(s) per FTL. 4.11.7 Good(s) MUST be bake-able, Instant Quick Frozen (IQF) and processed ONLY from Grade A or B potatoes, institutional type.
