Specifications include, but are not limited to: Portland State Office Building (PSOB) tenants, State of Oregon Agencies, require additional security measures within the building for safety purposes, including work at stairwells, elevators, and common areas; security related work will be performed on the first through the eleventh floors, with work also occuring at the elevator penthouse. There are also miscellaneous accessibility (ADA) related items to be addressed on the first floor; this work is also included in the scope of work for the project. Contractors should note that there are post-submittal Bidder Qualifications that will be required for the Lenel brand access control system installations; a Lenel Value Added Reseller (VAR) is required to perform the work for this aspect of the project.
