Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Renovation of four common use gates on Concourse D and three ticket counters in the FIS area, and installation of five baggage claim podiums in the baggage claim area. These renovations and installation include new casework, power, paging, and data wiring.2. Installation of a secure hallway at Gate D12 to include metal stud framing, new hollow metal frames, doors with security access controls, lighting relocation, HVAC modification, gypsum base veneer plaster installation, and finishing.3. Relocation of the Gate D13 boarding door. Relocation includes infilling of existing door opening, removal of aluminum interior storefront system, and installation of metal stud framing, hollow metal frame, and door with security access controls.4. Relocation of a cross corridor wall and a double door within the sterile corridor near Gate D13.5. Renovation of three ticket counters in the FIS area to include new casework, power, and data wiring.6. Work includes concrete floor cutting and patching, carpet patching and repair, new signage, ceiling impacts in linear metal ceilings, gypsum base veneer plaster ceilings, and acoustical tile ceiling systems.
