The City of Portland, Bureau of Planning and Sustainability is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called Proposers, with demonstrated experience in brownfield planning and remediation, environmental planning, economic analysis, and real estate development to perform work for the Portland Brownfield Redevelopment Assessment. Tasks in this effort include identifying barriers to brownfield redevelopment, analyzing financial and technical assistance incentives, performing financial feasibility analysis, preparing a public benefit analysis and developing implementation actions to incrementally increase the rate of brownfield redevelopment.
