Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor is to provide Portable Toilet Unit(s) to areas listed above in the following quantities and dates: Westport Ferry Landing 1 unit - (Handicapped unit) All year Carnahan Park 1 unit – (Handicapped) May 1 thru Sept. 15 S. Fork Klaskanine 1 unit – All year MERTS Center 1 unit – All year Yacht Club 1 unit – All year 2. Contractor will be responsible for all cleaning, pumping, and stocking of unit(s) as noted: Westport Ferry Landing Weekly/Bimonthly depending on use – All year Carnahan Park Weekly – May 1 thru Sept. 15 only S. Fork Klaskanine Monthly – All year MERTS Center Monthly – All year Yacht Club Weekly – All year The cleaning schedule listed above is during the summer months of May through September and has proven historically to work. During the winter months the frequency of cleanings may be reduced as dictated by usage and the discretion of contractor and/or Parks Foreman. During peak usage events (fishing opener, holiday weekend, etc.) there may be need for additional cleaning beyond the unit(s) normal scheduled cleaning. Prior to the contractor changing any unit(s) cleaning schedules he/she will contact the Parks Foreman for verification and authorization.
