Preconfigured functional modules that can be purchased individually and added as needed during the established agreement term including: i) Incident Management ii) Contract Management iii) Audit Management iv) Risk Management v) Business Partner Management vi) Credentials Management vii) Conflicts of Interest Tracking viii) Gift Dispensing & Receipt Tracking e. A single System of Record for managing Policies and Procedures that initially accommodates: i) Up to 1,000 published documents ii) 1 GB of file storage iii) 1,400+ users (1) 2-4 Administrators (2) 100-150 Editors, Document Owners & Power Users (3) 1,300 General Users iv) Expansion of system size after initial implementation
