Specifications include, but are not limited to: Business Oregon is seeking proposals from a consultant or team of consulting firm(s) that can deliver the following: 5-Year Action Plan in alignment with the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program. (Funding is contingent upon pending federal awards) Statewide Digital Equity Plan to serve as a benchmark and a roadmap for achieving statewide digital equity to meet the requirements established by NTIA’s Notice of Funding Opportunity. (Funding available) Initial Proposal for BEAD. (Funding is contingent upon pending federal awards) Final Proposal for BEAD. (Funding is contingent upon pending federal awards) Business Oregon strongly recommends all proposers review the Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the BEAD Program, and the Digital Equity Act Program prior to submitting proposals. The selected consultant or consulting firm(s) will be expected to: Develop and execute strategies for successful community engagement. Facilitate meetings and collect and analyze data. Develop and produce a statewide digital equity and broadband plan. Produce a successful statewide proposal.
