Marion County Health and Human Services (MCHHS) is issuing this Request for Proposals for Physician Consultation and Technical Assistance for Opioid Prevention to assist MCHHS to provide an opioid prevention campaign aimed at reducing opioid misuse, overdose incidents, and promoting community awareness on the dangers of opioid use (and may include other drugs such as marijuana, kratom, meth, and alcohol). The campaign will utilize various communication channels, including social media, community outreach, presentations, educational materials, and partnerships with local healthcare, education, first responders, and family-centered community health providers. To ensure the campaign’s medical accuracy and effectiveness, MCHHS requires the expertise of a physician to provide consultation and technical assistance.
