Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The photographer will not be charged for the use of school facilities to perform their obligations to fulfill the services contract. B. The photographer's system for collecting and refunding money, delivering packages and handling complaints will be considered in the selection process. Please include information relating to these topics in your response. C. The photographer shall provide extra assistance, as needed to prep the students for photographing. The photographer should have a minimum of three (3) persons to assure orderly processing of the students during the picture taking process. D. This contract will include fall and spring pictures; however, the school is not required to participate in spring pictures. E. The Photographer will provide a sufficient quantity of announcements, advertising materials, and order envelopes for distribution to each student, at least 3 weeks in advance of the photographic session. F. Pictures shall be taken on or before September l5th and shall be delivered prior to November 1st. G. The photographer shall have a local or tollfree telephone number and a full-time person to accept calls and address the concerns from parents and staff. H. The appearance of the camera crew, its professional conduct, and its rapport with students will be a consideration in future agreements. I. The photographer will retake pictures without charge if there are technical errors or if the photographer could be expected to take a better picture. Retakes shall be scheduled at a time selected by the Building Administrator, but in no case less than ten (10) days prior to the retake session. Retakes shall be delivered before Christmas Break. J. The photographer shall use professional quality material, equal to or better than Kodak products. K. The estimated school enrollments are provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of future enrollments or potential sales.
