Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, work includes provision of unarmed security services to lock and unlock park facilities and gates. The Proposer shall provide competent, fully qualified, and licensed unarmed security officers as well as the necessary equipment and supervision to provide high quality security services for the City of Eugene. Contractor will assign a uniformed security officer to each area requested Contractor shall provide the full range of security services at all covered facilities that might include the following duties: 1. Clear parking lots of vehicles prior to gate locking by informing patrons of park closing and gate locking. Report to Eugene Police anyone refusing to leave a closed facility, or any unattended vehicles found at facility lockup. 2. Physically patrol buildings, park grounds and parking facilities to observe unusual behavior and to prevent vandalism during facility or gate lock/unlock. 3. Lock specific restrooms as listed after following the restroom locking procedure. 4. Enforce code of conduct rules in a friendly and courteous, yet firm manner. 5. Open entrances to the park no earlier than 5am and no later than 6am. 6. Close entrances to facilities no earlier than 11pm and no later than 12am. 7. Report all observed fire and safety hazards. 8. Accurately document issues and incidents for review by the Contract manager. 9. Provide special requests to not unlock gates and/or restrooms, or lock or unlock gates and/or restrooms at non-routine times provided requests are made at least 24 hours in advance.
