Specifications include, but are not limited to: One (1) Time per Month: Inspect and treat as needed all areas of the institution. Program Unit: Front lobby, Superintendent’s office areas and restroom, visiting room, ready room, visitors restrooms, Control Center only with permission from Officer in Charge (OIC), shake down room behind Control Center, corridor, conference room, classrooms, offices, restroom, multi-purpose room, craft room, storage area to be inspected and treated as needed. Small Trailer: Inspect and treat as needed all four (4) offices and hallway. Housing Unit: Laundry room, Security Manager’s office, all janitor closets and showers, staff dining room, inmate dining room, all areas of kitchen except cold storage, sally port/garbage area, corridors, communication center, Life-Trac south dorm, clothing room, Lieutenant Offices, special housing units (two (2) each), back lobby offices (two (2) each),shake down room, restroom, staff room, office areas, health services and dental area to be sprayed. West catwalk, DMV large trailer area (all areas of building), In-Focus west dorm, all living areas, common areas, officer’s area, two (2) offices, restroom and shower area, and meeting room to be inspected and treated as needed.
