Replace one 10" domestic backflow and convert it to RPBAs with hotbox and heater. Contractor will provide the labor, materials, and equipment to complete this work. Contractor to test the unit and have them inspected by water quality. Contractor to install the conduit for the power. PANG base electrician to connect final low voltage. - Gain access to the base. - Pull permit for 10" RPBA installation. - Remove the lid to the vault inside the southwest corner of the property. - Shut the water off to the device. - Remove the old device. - Drill in conduit for hotbox heater. - Install fittings and RPBA, support for inspection. - Have an inspection done. - Backfill and compact to make ready for cement. - Install rebar for concrete installation. - Pour concrete from the ready mix truck. - Finish the concrete with a broom finish. - Once the concrete is dry, install the hotbox. - Southwest corner of the property vault. - Test unit, leave a copy in a plastic bag on the device. - Get heater wired up in hotbox. - Have unit final inspection done. - Clean area when done, haul off debris.
