Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be required to have an office in the within fifteen (15) miles of TriMets service area and provide, as needed, flexible choice (i.e., webinars, resume writing, interview skills, online tools, etc.), outplacement services to employees separated from TriMet for a variety of reasons. The Contractor shall provide outplacement services based on level of employee (Administrative, Professional, Manager, Director or Executive). The type of program will be established with a predetermined cost. Exiting employees will be provided an outplacement service package based on the type of position held and length of outplacement program, along with their service to TriMet. 1. Administrative clerical and administrative duties and support for a manager under general supervision, allotted one (1) month of outplacement services. 2. Professional/technical occupations requiring skilled, specialized, theoretical knowledge or basic scientific or technical knowledge and manual skill, allotted two (2) or three (3) months of outplacement services per separated employee. 3. Managerial mid-level position which may manage a group of employees or program, allotted three (3) months of outplacement services per separated employee. 4. Directors high-level management responsibilities to lead and set strategic direction for departments and/or divisions, allotted six (6) or nine (9) months of outplacement services per separated employee. 5. Executives leadership team members who report directly to General Manager, allotted twelve (12) months of outplacement services per separated employee.
