Program-Wide Needs Assessment. Conduct an analysis of the School of Law’s learning requirements and target audience, including identifying specific learning objectives, content areas, and performance gaps to inform the instructional design process. Instructional Design Plan. Develop a detailed instructional design plan. The instructional design plan must outline instructional strategies, learning activities, and assessment methods aligned with the School of Law’s academic goals and Program objectives. ABA Minute Tracking. Proposer would be responsible for monitoring both course-level and program-level instructional time, including tracking direct and indirect instruction minutes in compliance with ABA standards and flagging any deficiencies during course development. Content Development. Create engaging, interactive learning materials, including but not limited to instructional videos, e-learning modules, assessments, and supplementary resources for approx. 6-8 courses. Proposer would be expected to collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Proposer will be responsible for ensuring all Program content is compatible with Canvas learning management system. Multimedia Integration. Program materials must include multimedia elements such as video, audio, and infographics to enhance learner engagement and support knowledge retention.
