Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities (OCDD) is soliciting Proposals from vendors to provide advertising, marketing, graphic design, and/or public relations services. Contractor shall update, as necessary, printed and electronic formats of current OCDD and associated program literature such as Partners in Policymaking, Consumer Involvement Fund, DD Awareness materials, etc. Examples of OCDD program literature can be found at www.ocdd.org. Updates and modifications to any materials must comply will all Federal and State accessibility standards. - Contractor shall work with OCDD staff and/or membership to develop an annual communications plan and develop, edit and produce items such as reports and social media specific to Council and its programs. - Contractor shall supervise the rebranding, design, development and duplication of logos associated with OCDD, its sponsored programs or other disability-related conferences, training activities or campaigns.
