Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services to be Provided: • Contractor shall provide a contact number and be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. • If snow reaches a depth of 2” or greater Contractor will automatically begin snow plowing. It is important that snow be plowed whenever possible before the start of business hours. • Contractor will remove snow if the accumulated pile exceeds one parking lot space per facility location. • Contractor will remedy ice with a cinder application in facility parking lots on an on-call, as-needed basis. • Contractor will be available to remove cinder application if requested. • Contractor shall also be available on an on-call basis for special removal situations.
