Contractor shall obtain all required permits and coordinate jurisdictional inspections. Contractor must posess a valid Plumbing Contractors License. Contractor, or it's employees, must posses a valid Journeyman Plumber License. There is no guarantee of vacancy status at the time work is being performed. The Contractor, working with the assistance of HAWC, shall coordinate with the tenant(s) to determine what preparations need to be made prior to the work to ensure the job is performed as efficiently as possible for all parties involved. There is no guarantee on the quantity of work that the contractor will be required to do. Work will be performed on an as needed basis as the demands of the housing authority dictate. The Contractor shall complete an affidavit in proof that they did not enter into any collusion with any person in respect to this contract.
