This project consists of site preparation, drilling, blasting, crushing, and stockpiling aggregate in the existing pit on the OSU 470 Rd in the Dunn Research Forest. OSU anticipates a total stockpiled quantity of 30,000 tons with the option of additional blasting and crushing upon mutual agreement between OSU and Contractor at the Unit Prices requested as part of the Bid Form. Scope of Work. The successful bidder will provide all services and permits necessary to produce stockpiles of crushed aggregate in OSU’s 470 Pit. This work will include, but not be limited to: • Review and understand contract and specifications • Attend site visit(s) to discuss plan of operations • Confirm clearing limits, waste site(s), and stockpile site(s) • Identify resource concerns • Submit plan(s) (mandatory details listed in technical specifications 14) and schedule of operations • Obtain permits and submit required notifications • Prepare pit for operations • Drill • Test Blast • Blast
