Specifications include, but are not limited to: Under the guidance of the OSU-Cascades Expansion Planning Committee, thecampus is seeking a qualified firm to solicit input from stakeholders, research othergrowing university campuses, and prepare a facilities demand analysis based onacademic program and student enrollment schedules to meet the growth plans ofthe campus.This is the first phase of a 2-phase project. Phase 1 includes:Assist the OSU-Cascades Expansion Planning Committee in developing aprogram analysis and corresponding facilities demand analysis to meet thegrowing need of the OSU-Cascades campus. OSU will provide the number ofundergraduate and graduate students to be served by the campus between2014 2025, as well as the number of faculty and staff necessary to serve thestudents.Prepare a facilities demand analysis based on the academic program andstudent enrollment schedules to meet the growth plans of the campus. Thisanalysis is to include space for classrooms, offices, student services, housing,parking and other associated facilities. The analysis will take into accountany specialized facilities needed by particular academic programs, such aslabs.Quantify for the appropriate years, between 2014 - 2025, the estimatedsquare footage needed for classrooms, offices, student services (food service,recreation, student union, etc.), housing, parking and other associatedfacilities and the acreage of land to accommodate these uses
