The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, new materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the ITB, Statement of Work, Plans, Specifications, drawings, and any issued Addenda necessary for the following; Building 209; There are three Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) cabinets due to be removed supplying power to several circuits which will need to be either re-powered or re-routed into a nearby panel. A used government supplied step down transformer will need to be installed inline to replace one of the UPS cabinets to re-feed the remaining existing electrical system in the west bay. Supply and install one new transformer to replace one of the UPS cabinets to feed the existing electrical system in the east bay. Building 243; Modify existing power distribution to selected rooms within Building 243’s Operations Vault (SAPF). The modification includes installing two sub panels, two EMI/EMC filters, and numerous branch circuits and power outlets. The nature of operations within the SAPF requires installing surface mount wall boxes with various receptacle requirements. The use of electrical metallic tubing for surface mounted drops is preferred. Install CAT6 shielded communication runs to several rooms in conduit following protocols for classified network separation. Labeling new equipment; ADDITIVE ALTERNATE 1. Building 209 Supply and install two new transformers to re-feed existing panels in west and east bay powering circuits for general outlets, general lighting and equipment; ADDITIVE ALTERNATE 2. Building 209 Supply and install a new transformer to supply panel E. Replace panel D and panel H.
