Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide the following services 1) Review the current promotion program of the Trust gift opportunity by August 15, 2011 a. Identify strengths of the promotion program and recommend strategies which might be employed to build on these strengths b. Identify weaknesses of the promotion program and recommend strategies to mitigate these weaknesses c. Identify current return on investment of the promotion program; an d. Identify any marginal or increased costs to implement strategies detailed above 2) Review current donor giving patterns by August 15, 2011, including, but not limited to a. Assess average gift, frequency of gift and gift level b. Perform an asset screen to determine who among current donors may have the ability to make more frequent or larger gifts c. Conduct an on-line survey (if email addresses are available) of current donors to identify the primary reasons individuals are supporting the Trust d. Conduct an on-line survey (if email addresses are available) of lapsed donors to identify primary reasons individuals have stopped supporting the trust; an e. Identify strategies to i. Renew current donors at higher giving levels; an ii. Renew support of lapsed donors.
