This is an updated Sources Sought announcement and is for information purposes only. The original Sources Sought announcement was posted to SAM.gov on December 13, 2022. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. This project is located in Crater Lake National Park, Oregon. The primary objectives of the proposed project are to:
(1) Rehabilitation of the entire 1.1-mile Cleetwood Trail including improvements to trail tread and retaining walls.
(2) Rockfall scaling and mitigation along identified high risk zones.
(3) Removal and replacement of the bulkhead/dock with a structurally stable marina.
(4) Replace composting toilets located near the marina.
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD), anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract in Winter/Spring 2025 with construction in Summer 2025 through Fall 2027. The estimated magnitude is between $30,000,000 and $40,000,000.
