Specifications include, but are not limited to: The range of services which Selected Contractor(s) may be asked to provide includes, but is not limited to, the following services: To meet PDC needs and activities, the Commission desires to designate qualified firms to provide a broad range of professional Equity Facilitator Services in support of and in close coordination with PDC staff in order to support the adopted Neighborhood Economic Redevelopment Strategy (NED). These services will be provided on an as-needed basis through a Flexible Services Contract. Flexible Services Work Orders (Attachment A) will be used to authorize projects. The specific scope of services for a given project will be described in detail in a Work Order form.
