Specifications include, but are not limited to: OYA needs training and certification for Human Development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to improve effectiveness and engagement in the workplace. This training will provide certification to specified staff member to then serve as a “train-the-trainer” for OYA. This knowledge, skill and certification will allow OYA to provide a better environment to learn, develop, and grow its employees in the workplace. • The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument training and certification includes: o Tech Call (1 hour) o Digital Group Debrief Experience (1 and ½ hours) o Workshop day 1, 2 and 3 (4 and ½ hours each day) o Post Certification Call – (1 hour)
