The Statement of Work (SOW) will be developed and negotiated (within the overall scope advertised in this RFP) with the selected Proposer for inclusion in the Contract. A draft Scope of Work outline is provided below: • Project Management • Public Involvement Support • Topographic Survey and mapping • Environmental Studies o Consultant must complete all requirements under 24 CFR Part 58, including preparation of an Environmental Assessment (EA) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) as determined necessary. o Complete studies as required to achieve NEPA compliance through BLM in support of BLM environmental staff. o Documentation may include, but is not limited to the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, National Historic Preservation Act, and any other permits necessary to comply with Federal, State or County requirements. • Utility Coordination • Geotechnical / Pavement Services • Stormwater Design • Traffic Control • Design Acceptance Package • Plans, Specifications and Estimate
