Specifications include, but are not limited to: Notice is hereby given that Portland Community College, Portland, Oregon, is requesting sealed Proposals for a non-credit registration system from qualified Proposers to provide a shopping cart-type solution that integrates with Banner by Ellucian ERP and makes it easy for students to search for classes, register for classes, and get clear information about registration and payment (re-issue). In addition, Proposers will provide an annual maintenance contract to support the system. The subsequent contract will be a three (3) year contract with the option of the College to renew for two (2) one (1) year periods, at the College's option, not to exceed five (5) years total.
