SCOPE OF WORK Services at ODFW Newport Annex Office (Clean once per week) 810 SW Alder St. Unit C, Newport, OR. 97365 Approximate Square Footage: 3,543 (See map in Attachment G) On a WEEKLY basis (Weekends Only): A. General Areas and Offices 1) Clean open areas of desk, tables and counters 2) Empty trash, shred and recycle, remove boxes from designated area. Replace liner if it is torn/wet. 3) Vacuum/Sweep & Mop main areas 4) Wipe door handle and light switch. 5) Straighten Chairs 6) Disinfect phone. 7) Move items like phones and keyboards and wipe under. 8) Vacuum/Sweep & Mop moving chairs and trash cans, get edges and corners 9) Dust top of door and picture frames 10) Check for cobwebs 11) Dust windowsills 12) Spot check relights/door glass 13) Dust file cabinet tops. 14) Disinfect phone B. Restrooms/Locker Rooms 1) Refill dispensers. If not a double roll dispenser, put spare roll-on toilet tank. 2) Empty trash. 3) Clean sinks and toilets. Use plunger if needed to unclog, report if still clog. 4) Clean mirrors. 5) Disinfectant counter tops 6) Clean marks on walls, and switches 7) Wipe down tops of stall dividers, paper towel dispensers, heaters, etc. 8) Sweep and mop resilient flooring 9) Wipe door handles 10) Clean showers 11) Clean doors, kickplate and door frames 12) Wipe baseboards 13) Polish metal 14) Pour water down floor drains. 15) Wipe down plumbing pipes under sink and behind toilets C. Lunch/Break Rooms 1) Refill dispensers. 2) Clean sinks if empty of dishes. 3) Clean mirrors. 4) Disinfectant tables and counter tops 5) Clean marks on walls and switches. 6) Sweep and mop resilient flooring 7) Check face of fridge, microwave and cabinets. 8) Wipe light switches and door handles. 9) Check chairs are free of food. 10) Throw away food left out so not to attract ants or spread food illnesses. 11) Disinfect phones 12) Empty trash and recycle, remove boxes from designated area. 13) Clean backsplash and bottom side of hanging cabinets. 14) Wipe plug in plates. 15) Wipe the doors and frames. 16) Dust windowsills 17) Polish Sinks with Stainless Steel Cleaner
