Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Notice is hereby given that the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon ("TriMet") intends to establish a contract with IES Communications, LLC for Blue Light Phone installation services through a cooperative procurement conducted on behalf of the Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services ("DAS SPS"). This notice was posted in accordance with ORS 279A.215. The subject contract provides Blue Light Phone installation services, including low-voltage structured wiring for the Blue Light Phone, in accordance with a contract issued by the Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services ("DAS SPS") (Master Agreement No. 0587).
