Owner is replacing 13 aging end-of-life rooftop AC units (RTUs) with new replacement units at the Beaverton Operations Center office space. Owner is also upgrading the HVAC digital controls for these units and making minor HVAC alterations to their data room HVAC. Ceiling supply diffusers throughout are being replaced. Work includes HVAC, mechanical, electrical; and roofing work for one RTU. 2. One RTU is a vav multizone unit with ten interior single duct electrical reheat TUs and associated ductwork. The remaining twelve RTUs are single zone constant volume rooftop replacements that reuse the existing indoor ductwork. 3. There will be no changes to the existing building envelope, area, square footage, occupancy, interior partitions or separations, storm drainage, ADA, plumbing fixtures, fire sprinklers, egress, or exiting.
