• Get plumbing permit and cap off sewer line • Use City of Portland permitted hauler to dispose of exterior brick left by deconstruction team • Remove and dispose of blackberries/shrubs along west property line • Remove and disposed of foundation walls, footings, and slabs per City of Portland Title 24.55. • Remove and dispose of tree stumps/root balls of cut trees/shrubs at building perimeter • Work with PHB selected geotechnical engineer, Central Geotechnical Services, to design and inspect backfill in accordance with City of Portland Title 24.55 and 24.70. • Backfill site after clearing all demolition debris to match adjacent sidewalks to meet City Code 24.70.080. • Facilitate required City of Portland inspections and close out the City of Portland demo permits 24-062781-000-00-CO and 24-062783-000-00-CO.
